Once our traders pass a few tests, they gain access to firm capital — from $0 of their own money initially, to millions.
At Zerva Capital, we are confident in the skills of our traders and in the strength of our qualification program. That is why we provide firm capital access: so our traders have substantial capital to work with, and a real shot at meaningful profits.
By offering firm capital access, our traders can tap into more resources, giving them the flexibility they need to develop their strategies and pursue greater-than-average profit potential.
Our Trader Advancement Program lets traders increase their buying power as they prove themselves — scaling the capital they trade without scaling what they put in.
Your level in the Trader Advancement Program determines where you sit in that band.
Zerva Capital is not a traditional brokerage. We are a private equity trading firm that partners with brokers to execute trades, which is what gives our traders access to top-tier tools and execution.
Traders are paid on performance only. Compensation is based on each individual trader’s net profit and loss — and traders keep 50% to 90% of the profits they generate on firm capital.
Net profit × your split = what you keep.
Zerva Capital profits when our traders profit. Firm capital access is built so that the firm and the trader share the same outcome: traders keep 50% to 90% of the profits they generate.
For example, a trader who makes $5,000 in net profit on an 80% split keeps $4,000. Where you sit in that 50–90% band depends on the level you have reached in the Trader Advancement Program.
Increases in firm capital access are granted on each trader’s performance and on the profits retained in their account.
As experienced traders know, greater buying power leads to bigger potential profits. That potential is earned through consistency above all else: we look for traders who deliver consistent results with low drawdowns and minimal account swings. Advancing to a higher level is approved by management, based on the trader’s track record.
Traders are paid on performance only. Compensation is based on each individual trader’s net profit and loss, so what you earn is a direct reflection of how you trade — not of how often you trade.
We offer flexibility with profit withdrawals and buying power. Once you have demonstrated consistent profitability you can request additional capital, scaling your account as your track record grows.
